Our Story

please read the story below on how our great nation fought in the war

There was a time in which the Lacedaemonians and us, the Plainview Pythons were in a ferocious war. The Lacedaemonians were more strategic and fought with intelligence. We were more barbaric and strong in terms of military power. It was not a single sided war; both sides had an equal chance of coming out victorious due to their different specialties canceling each other out. It seemed as though the war would never end. It was going on for a very long ten years until the Plainview Pythons decided to do the unthinkable - something smart. They hired a very intelligent military strategist at the time, Ares. Ares has fought many wars and won every single one. He was a military genius. The best part is that he used to be a Lacedaemonian general. He has insight on their military strategies and could help Plainview Pythons defeat Ouranós. Ares told the Plainview Pythons to pretend to surrender and offer a peace offering, a giant wooden Python, which will contain the soldiers who, using advanced twenty-first century war strategies, aided the Pythons in defeating Ouranós. Thousands of starving civilians were now being fed, and Ares as well as the Plainview Pythons would always be remembered as war heroes.

Since antiquity, there had existed a bitter rivalry betwixt the sharp Lacedaemonians and the barbaric Pythonians whom hailed from the distant land of Plainview. The former leveraged wit and tactics to dominate the battleground. The Lacedaemonian elite was purely intellectual, and may have co-authored the greatest scriptures concerning battle such as the Art of War. This sharply contrasted with the Pythonians, who were very clearly feeble-minded. Yet it was this simple-mindedness that motivated their relentless training. Education about the arts and sciences was a foreign concept to them. The Pythonians were masters of the Xiphos, a double-edged blade made for melee combat. However, despite these differences, no side prevailed. Yet it was entirely clear to either faction that to attain victory, one would have had to adopt the other's greatest strength. Such a war proved to be a battle of stubborness rather than that of any military proficiency. The Pythonians had thus embarked on something truly remarkable—something intelligent. By some bizzare circumstance, they had successfully poached the chief Lacedaemonian general. But he was not any general, he was Ares, the Greek god of war. There did not exist any battle which he could not navigate and not come out victorious. Ares' military insight proved to be unparalleled, and his next strategy proved to be his greatest. Soon, the Pythonians hastily surrendered, and bountifully offered them a grand peace offering. A gargantuan ligneous Python soon begrudgingly entered the palace doors. The structure spanned scores of feet wide, and weighed thousands of pounds. However, as soon as the Lacedaemonian king stood up from his throne and came to inspect the gift, hundreds of soldiers erupted from the structure, and quickly slayed all of the rivals at Lacedaemon. Under the new ruling, prisoners of war were freed, and thousands of mouths were fed. Ares and the Pythonians soon became immortalized as war heroes
